HOUSE OF WAX
Scream Factory recently released HOUSE OF WAX (2005) in an Ultimate Collector’s Edition Blu-ray release, featuring a new 2K scan of the interpositive that looks fantastic. The release comes packed with bonus features including new interviews with actors Paris Hilton and Robert Ri’Chard, composer John Ottman, and makeup effects artist Jason Baird.
Elisha Cuthbert leads a cast that includes Chad Michael Murray, Brian Van Holt, Paris Hilton, Jared Padalecki, Jon Abrahams, and Robert Ri’chard in the loose remake of the 1953 Vincent Price film. Actually, it’s more of a remake of 1979’s TOURIST TRAP, but that’s neither here nor there.
Synopsis:
"When their car breaks down on a road trip, six college friends are sidetracked into an eerie backwoods town. Curiosity gets the better of them when they are intrigued by its macabre House of Wax. They soon find out that the town is not what it seems, and that they must find their way out before they fall victim to its ghoulishly inventive killers."

THE DEAD ZONE
Scream Factory is visiting THE DEAD ZONE (1983) with a new Collector’s Edition Blu-ray, which releases on July 27. Based on Stephen King’s 1979 novel, the film adaptation is directed by David Cronenberg (THE FLY, VIDEODROME) and written by Jeffrey Boam (INDIANA JONES AND THE LAST CRUSADE). Christopher Walken, Brooke Adams, Tom Skerritt, Herbert Lom, Anthony Zerbe, Colleen Dewhurst, and Martin Sheen star.
This release of THE DEAD ZONE features a new 4K scan from the original camera negative and looks incredible - easily the best this movie has ever looked!
Synopsis:

BROTHERHOOD OF THE WOLF
Directed by Christophe Gans (SILENT HILL) and featuring an all-star cast including Vincent Cassel and Monica Bellucci, the 2001 French action-horror film BROTHERHOOD OF THE WOLF makes its Blu-ray debut July 27, 2021, from Scream Factory. The two-disc set features the director’s cut of the film, as well as the behind-the-scenes featurettes, deleted scenes with an intro from the director, and more!
Synopsis:
In a rural province of France, a mysterious creature is laying waste to the countryside, savagely killing scores of women and children. King Louis sends in a renowned scientist and his Iroquois blood brother, an unconventional team whose combined methods and capabilities may bring the beast down.
